Moldable bone putty tested to fix bad backs
NCT ID NCT04775537
Summary
This study is testing a new, moldable bone graft material called OssiMend for use in spinal fusion surgery. It aims to see how well it helps bones fuse together in the lower back over 12 months. The study will enroll 120 adults with degenerative disc disease who haven't improved with other treatments. Researchers will check if the fusion is successful on X-rays and monitor patients' pain and function.
