Summary
This study is testing a new behavioral training program designed to help people quit smoking. It focuses on teaching smokers how to manage the negative emotions and cravings that often lead to relapse. The study will enroll 400 adult smokers who want to quit and compare different combinations of early withdrawal exposure and emotion regulation training to see which is most effective for long-term success.
