New light scan could revolutionize skin cancer detection
NCT ID NCT07213154
Summary
This study is testing a new, non-invasive handheld scanner that uses red light to take detailed pictures of skin lesions. The goal is to see if this technology can help doctors better diagnose skin cancer and other skin conditions without needing a biopsy first. Researchers will enroll about 10 adults with various skin lesions to see how well the scanner works.
