Race to free sepsis patients from ventilators

NCT ID NCT07413094

Summary

This study is testing whether a new drug called YD0743 can help adults in the ICU with sepsis-related acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS). Researchers want to see if the drug can reduce the number of days patients need a breathing machine and improve their chances of survival. The trial will compare YD0743 against a placebo in about 309 patients to check both its effectiveness and safety.
