First human test for new sciatica shot begins
NCT ID NCT07264270
Summary
This is a very early, small study to check if a new injection called C-1101 is safe for people with long-term sciatica leg pain. Researchers will give a single injection near the spine to 24 adults and compare it to a harmless saltwater solution. The main goal is to see what side effects, if any, people experience after getting the shot.
