New hope for tough arthritis cases: experimental drug enters testing
NCT ID NCT07377773
Summary
This study is testing whether a new capsule called QLS12010 can safely reduce disease activity in adults with moderate-to-severe rheumatoid arthritis. It will involve 180 participants who haven't gotten enough relief from at least two standard arthritis medications. People will be randomly assigned to receive either one of three different doses of the drug or a placebo pill for 12 weeks to see which works best.
