New pill tested to tame severe arthritis flares

NCT ID NCT07408024

Summary

This study is testing a new oral medication called TollB-001 for adults with moderate to severe rheumatoid arthritis (RA) who haven't gotten enough relief from standard treatments. Participants will take the pill or a placebo daily for four weeks to see if it safely reduces arthritis symptoms and disease activity. The main goals are to check for side effects and see if the drug helps improve pain, stiffness, and swelling.
