Summary

This early-stage study aims to check the safety and how the body processes a new experimental drug called BMS-986454 in people with rheumatoid arthritis. It will involve 46 participants who have arthritis that didn't fully respond to standard methotrexate treatment. Researchers will monitor for side effects and measure drug levels in the blood to understand how the medication behaves in the body.
