New hope for blood cancer patients failed by current treatments
NCT ID NCT07232290
Summary
This study is testing an experimental pill called flonoltinib for adults with polycythemia vera (PV), a rare blood cancer, whose disease doesn't respond well to or who can't tolerate standard medications. The main goal is to see if different doses of the drug can safely control blood counts and reduce symptoms. Researchers will enroll about 60 participants across multiple centers to find the most effective and safe dose.
