First seen Apr 22, 2026 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 5 times

Summary

This study will test a new type of artificial foot that moves more naturally at the ankle. About 120 people with leg amputations will compare this new foot to their current one during daily activities like walking on flat ground, slopes, and stairs. The goal is to see if the new foot is more comfortable, safer, and less tiring to use.
