Summary
This study is testing a new radiation treatment called Tb-161 PSMA for men with advanced prostate cancer that has spread and stopped responding to standard treatments. The treatment delivers radiation directly to cancer cells using a targeted approach. Researchers want to see if this new treatment is safe and effective for patients who haven't had similar radiation therapy before.
