New immune weapons target advanced prostate cancer

NCT ID NCT05125016

Summary

This study is testing new immunotherapy drugs for men with advanced prostate cancer that has spread and stopped responding to standard hormone treatments. The goal is to find safe doses and see if these drugs, which aim to activate the body's own immune cells to attack cancer, can shrink tumors. The study will enroll about 370 participants and test the main drug alone or in combination with other immune-boosting drugs.
