Summary
This is the first time researchers are testing a new drug called GSK5471713 in people. The study aims to find a safe dose and see if it helps men with advanced prostate cancer that has spread and stopped responding to standard hormone treatments and chemotherapy. Researchers will monitor side effects and check if the drug reduces cancer markers and shrinks tumors.
