First patients to receive experimental prostate cancer drug that recruits immune cells

Summary
This is the first study in people testing a new drug called GSK5458514 for advanced prostate cancer that has spread and is no longer responding to standard hormone therapy. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see how the body processes the drug. The study will also check if the drug, given alone or with other cancer treatments, can shrink tumors or lower PSA levels in men who have already tried several other therapies.
