Could a Gut-Friendly supplement be the missing piece for heartburn relief?

NCT ID NCT05556824

Summary

This study is testing if adding a special prebiotic supplement (called MHS-1031) to standard heartburn medication (PPIs) helps people with chronic acid reflux. It involves about 250 adults who already get some relief from their daily medication but still have symptoms. The main goal is to see if the combination leads to more days completely free of heartburn pain.
