Spray-On chemo tested in fight against advanced pancreatic cancer
NCT ID NCT07253662
Summary
This early-stage trial is testing the safety of a new way to deliver chemotherapy for advanced pancreatic cancer that has spread to the abdominal lining. Doctors will spray a chemotherapy drug directly into the abdomen during a small procedure, aiming to target the cancer more precisely while limiting side effects. The study will enroll about 10 patients to see if this method is safe when used alongside their standard cancer treatments.
