Summary
This study is testing an investigational drug called TX000045 for people who have high blood pressure in their lungs (pulmonary hypertension) because their lung tissue is scarred. The main goals are to see if the drug reduces the resistance to blood flow in the lungs and to check how safe it is over 16 weeks of treatment. It is a small, early-stage study enrolling about 25 participants who meet specific criteria related to their lung function and heart measurements.
