Scientists test 'Double Scan' to see inside Sjögren's syndrome

Summary
This study is testing two new types of PET scans to better understand and track Sjögren's syndrome, a chronic autoimmune disease that damages glands. Researchers will scan 60 people, including patients and healthy volunteers, to see if these scans can provide a clearer picture of both gland damage and ongoing inflammation. The goal is to develop better tools for monitoring the disease, not to test a new treatment.
