First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This study is testing a new type of PET scan that uses a tracer called 18F-FAPI-74 to see if it can find colon cancer that has spread to lymph nodes or other organs better than current scans. About 100 people with colon cancer, either newly diagnosed or with suspected recurrence, will get this scan. The goal is to improve how doctors stage and monitor the disease.
