Summary
This study is testing a new type of PET scan that uses a special tracer called Al18F-NOTA-FAPI-04. The goal is to see if this scan can create clearer pictures to help doctors better detect and guide treatment for cancers, heart problems, and autoimmune diseases like hyperthyroidism. Researchers will check how safe the tracer is and how well it works in up to 600 participants, including healthy people for comparison.
