New scan seeks to spot cancer more clearly
NCT ID NCT07301801
Summary
This early study is testing a new type of PET scan (using a tracer called 68Ga-FL-031) to see if it can help doctors better find, identify, and determine the stage of certain cancers. It will involve about 10 adults with suspected or confirmed cancers like small cell lung cancer, breast cancer, or nasopharyngeal carcinoma. The goal is to compare this new scan to standard methods to see if it provides clearer or more accurate information about the tumors.
