First seen Feb 04, 2026 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 14 times

Summary

This study tests a new radioactive imaging agent called 68Ga-B6FA-01, designed to make PET/CT scans more accurate for detecting and staging solid tumors. The probe targets two different markers found on cancer cells and their surroundings, which may improve image clarity. About 100 adults with newly diagnosed or recurrent solid tumors will receive the probe and undergo PET/CT imaging. The goal is to see if this method can help doctors diagnose and plan treatment more precisely.
