NCT ID NCT06666348

Summary

This study is testing a new combination of two drugs, mirdametinib (taken by mouth) and vinblastine (given by IV), for children and young adults with a specific type of slow-growing brain tumor. The main goals are to find the safest dose of the drug combination and to see how well it works at shrinking or controlling these tumors. Participants will take the drugs for about a year and then be followed for three more years to monitor their health.
