Can Re-Training your Brain's senses ease chronic back pain?

NCT ID NCT07284407

Summary

This study is testing if adding a specific 'sensory discrimination training' to standard pain education and core exercises helps people with long-term low back pain. It will involve 80 participants who will attend twice-weekly sessions for eight weeks. The main goal is to see if this combined approach reduces catastrophic thinking about pain and the fear of movement more effectively.
