Could a single shot ease days of Post-Brain surgery pain?
NCT ID NCT07245290
Summary
This study is testing a new, long-acting numbing medicine to see if it can better control pain after a specific brain surgery called microvascular decompression. Researchers will compare the new medicine, injected around the surgical cut, to standard pain care in 100 patients. The main goal is to see if this single injection can provide better and longer-lasting pain relief in the first 3 days after surgery.
