Summary
This study is testing a new pain medication called HSK21542 for people who have just had hip replacement surgery. It will compare the new injection to standard morphine and a placebo (inactive substance) to see which works better at relieving pain and causes fewer side effects like nausea. The goal is to find a safer, more effective option for managing pain after major surgery.
