First seen Apr 03, 2026 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 3 times
Summary
This study tests a new device called Pathfinder that helps doctors remove colon tumors more easily. The device stiffens the scope to give better control, which may shorten surgery time and reduce complications. About 66 adults with certain colon growths will be randomly assigned to get the standard procedure or the one with the new device.
