NCT ID NCT05712707
Summary
This study is testing a new, non-opioid medication to help people get through opioid withdrawal. It compares a new under-the-tongue film (BXCL501) to an existing medication (lofexidine) and a placebo. The goal is to see if the new option is safer and works better at reducing withdrawal symptoms like anxiety, nausea, and pain.
