This study is testing whether a new injectable medication, called IN-B00009, can help adults with obesity or who are overweight lose weight and keep it off. It will compare the drug to a placebo (a shot with no medicine) in 300 people over 40 weeks. Participants will also follow a reduced-calorie diet and exercise plan to see if the drug helps them achieve better results.
