Summary
This study is testing whether a new investigational drug called BGM0504 works as well as or better than an existing weight loss medication (tirzepatide) for adults with obesity. About 90 participants will receive one of the two drugs for 26 weeks, and researchers will measure changes in body weight, BMI, and quality of life. The main goal is to see if the new drug is effective and safe for managing obesity.
