Summary
This study is testing a new drug called ALN-2232 to see if it is safe and helps people with obesity lose weight. Researchers will give it to participants by itself and also in combination with an existing weight-loss medication, tirzepatide. The main goals are to check for side effects and measure how much body weight changes over time.
