Summary
This study is testing a new, year-long treatment plan for people with advanced nasopharyngeal cancer (a type of throat cancer). The plan combines an immunotherapy drug (pembrolizumab) with chemotherapy and radiation. The main goal is to see if this approach is safe and can better control the cancer and prevent it from spreading to other parts of the body.
