New scan could reveal if pancreatic cancer treatment is working sooner

Summary
This study is testing a new, experimental type of MRI scan that looks at how a pancreatic tumor uses energy. The goal is to see if this scan can tell doctors earlier than current scans whether a patient's standard cancer treatment is working. About 70 adults with advanced pancreatic cancer will get the new scan before and during their treatment to see if the scan's results match their eventual treatment outcome.
