Summary
This study aims to improve how doctors assess disease activity in people with axial spondyloarthritis (axSpA), a type of arthritis that mainly affects the spine. Researchers will use whole-body MRI scans and machine learning to create a new assessment model. The study will follow 100 participants over two years to see how MRI changes relate to inflammation, structural damage, and disease progression.
