Summary
This study is testing a new drug called ABCL635, given as an injection under the skin, to see if it can safely reduce hot flashes and night sweats in postmenopausal women. Researchers will first test it in healthy men and women, then specifically in women with moderate-to-severe symptoms. The main goals are to check the drug's safety and how the body processes it, while also measuring any changes in the frequency and severity of hot flashes.
