Summary
This study tested two different doses of an experimental immunotherapy drug called RO7247669 in people with advanced melanoma that cannot be removed by surgery. The goal was to see how well the drug works, how safe it is, and to pick the best dose for future research. The trial involved 93 participants who had not received prior treatment for their advanced melanoma.
