Summary

This study tests a new oral drug, GSK3772701, for adults with uncomplicated malaria caused by the P. falciparum parasite. About 70 participants will receive different doses and treatment durations to check safety and how the drug works in the body. The goal is to find a well-tolerated dose that effectively clears the infection.
