Scientists test gentler combo to tame lymphoma

Summary
This study is testing a new combination of drugs for people with a type of blood cancer called marginal zone lymphoma who have not yet received treatment. The goal is to see if this regimen can effectively control the disease while causing fewer severe side effects than current standard treatments. The study will enroll 65 participants to evaluate how well the treatment works and how safe it is.
