New hope for Tough-to-Treat lung tumors

NCT ID NCT05888402

Summary

This study is testing whether adding an immunotherapy drug called toripalimab to standard chemotherapy and radiation works better for people with large, advanced non-small cell lung cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. The goal is to see if this combination can better control the cancer and help patients live longer without their disease getting worse. About 50 patients will receive the drug before, during, and after their standard chemoradiation treatment.
