Summary

This study is testing a new drug called tarlatamab, given alongside standard chemotherapy and an immunotherapy drug, for people newly diagnosed with extensive stage small cell lung cancer. The main goal is to see if this combination is safe and tolerable for patients. Researchers will also look for early signs that the treatment can help control the cancer.
