Could a single shot ease days of surgery pain?
NCT ID NCT07458256
Summary
This study is testing a new, long-acting numbing medicine to see if it works better than the standard one at reducing pain after common keyhole surgeries like gallbladder removal. Researchers will compare pain levels and the need for extra painkillers in about 190 adults. The goal is to help patients recover more comfortably with less pain after their operation.
