Radioactive 'Trojan Horse' drug targets liver cancer in first human trial

Summary

This is the first study in people to test a new drug, BAY 3547926, for advanced liver cancer (hepatocellular carcinoma). The drug works by delivering a tiny amount of radiation directly to cancer cells to try to shrink tumors. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see how well the drug works, either alone or combined with other treatments.
