Summary

This early-stage study is testing a new three-part treatment for people whose colorectal cancer has spread to the liver and other treatments have stopped working. The treatment combines a specially engineered virus designed to attack cancer cells with an immunotherapy drug and a targeted cancer drug. The main goals are to find the safest dose and see if this combination can help control the cancer.
