Summary
This study is testing a new light-based treatment for men with early-stage prostate cancer that is still confined to the prostate. The treatment involves injecting a light-sensitive drug and then using special fiber-optic probes to shine light inside the prostate to destroy cancer cells. The main goals are to see if the treatment is safe and effective at eliminating the cancer in the treated area.
