New hope for leukemia patients who have run out of options

NCT ID NCT05657652

Summary

This study is testing a new combination of three drugs (venetoclax, cladribine, and cytarabine) for adults with a specific type of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) that has returned or not responded to previous treatments. The goal is to see if this drug combo can effectively control the cancer and is safe for patients. Researchers will measure how many patients respond to treatment and how long they live without the cancer getting worse.
