Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new oral drug, revumenib, added to a standard chemotherapy combination for children and young adults with acute leukemia. The first goal is to find the safest, most effective dose. The second goal is to see if this new combination can help control the disease in patients who are newly diagnosed or whose cancer has come back.
