New pill offers hope for kids with rare bone disease, could replace harsh chemo

Summary
This study is testing a daily pill called luvometinib for children with a rare bone disease called Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis (LCH). The goal is to see if this targeted pill can control the disease better and with fewer side effects than the standard chemotherapy treatment. Researchers will enroll 62 children who have not yet received any treatment for their LCH.
