Summary

This study is testing two new drugs, elironrasib and daraxonrasib, for people with advanced lung, colorectal, or pancreatic cancer that has a specific genetic change called KRAS G12C. The main goals are to find safe doses and see if the drugs, given alone or together, can shrink tumors. It is for adults whose cancer has progressed after other treatments.
