First-in-Human trial targets common Cancer-Causing gene
NCT ID NCT07094204
Summary
This is the first time researchers are giving the experimental drug ASP5834 to people. The study aims to find a safe dose and check for side effects in adults with advanced solid tumors that have specific changes in a gene called KRAS. Some participants with colorectal cancer will also receive a standard drug called panitumumab alongside ASP5834 to see how they work together.
