First human test for new pill targeting a common Cancer-Causing gene

Summary
This is a first-in-human study to test the safety and find the right dose of a new oral medicine, PF-07934040. It is being tested alone and in combination with other cancer drugs in people with advanced lung, colorectal, or pancreatic cancer that has a specific genetic change called a KRAS mutation. The main goals are to see if the treatments are safe and to check for early signs that they might help control the cancer.
